Registration Information

Registration is open all year and new students are welcome to begin the first class of a new month or session. Please check with your school for class days and times. If interested in enrolling your child in the All About Dance Program, please fill out the registration form below. Completed forms can be given to your school office.

Policies and Procedures

Tuition:
Tuition rates vary for each location.  Please check with your center for tuition rates for the 2018-2019 school year.

Payment:
Payment is due by the first class.  Check, cash, and credit card are accepted.  If paying by credit card please fill out the credit card authorization form and attach it to your registration form.  If paying by check or cash, payment is given to your school office the 1st of each month or session.  Checks are made payable to:  All About Dance.

There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.  Only cash or money order will be accepted once a check is returned.

Dance Apparel:
Proper dance apparel is recommended, but NOT required to participate in the All About Dance program.

Leotards and tights are preferred for girls.  T-Shirts and loose pants are preferred for boys.  Please no dresses, jewelry or blue jeans.

Absences:
Refunds will not be given for missed classes.  Tuition can be pro-rated if notification of being absent is received before the first class of the month or session.

Class Minimum/Maximum:
A minimum of 6 children are required for classes to be held.  Payments will be refunded if the minimum requirement is not met.

Withdrawing:
Written notification is required should your child be withdrawn from class.  A two-week notice is appreciated.

Canceled classes:
Classes may be canceled due to weather or instructor illness.  Make-up classes will be scheduled should any cancellation occur.
